Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in AI-driven applications to support the design and delivery of virtual assistants for call centers, intelligent document query solutions, and smart reporting assistants powered by GenAI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML workflows, NLP capabilities, and hands-on experience in bridging business objectives with emerging AI technologies. This role will involve extensive collaboration with AI engineers, data scientists, vendors, and business users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements for AI-based virtual assistants, document query, and reporting assistants.
Define user journeys and interaction models for conversational AI interfaces in customer service environments.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop intents, training datasets, knowledge bases, and response frameworks.
Support the selection, evaluation, and integration of GenAI tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI, GPT models) into business workflows.
Work with stakeholders to identify high-value documents and reports to be integrated into intelligent search and query systems.
Document use cases, technical requirements, KPIs, and test scenarios for GenAI-based solutions.
Facilitate workshops and UAT sessions to validate system behavior and user experience.
Assist with change management, training, and ensuring user adoption across business units.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in AI or LLM-based initiatives.
Understanding of GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, and large language models (LLMs).
Experience working with virtual assistants, conversational AI tools, or intelligent automation solutions.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex business problems into AI-driven solutions and evaluate technical feasibility.
Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, call center operations, and unstructured data processing.
