This role involves hands-on production work, assembly, quality checks, and general support throughout the manufacturing floor.</span><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br></span><strong><span style="color:black;">Key Roles We Are Hiring For:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br></span><strong><span style="color:black;">Assembly & Production</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:black;">Assemble insulated glass components, including blinds, window frames, and related parts.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Follow production instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:black;">Quality Control</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:black;">Inspect glass for imperfections, defects, and overall quality.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Test and verify proper blind function and window operation.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Identify and report any quality issues.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:black;">Material Handling & General Labor</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:black;">Move materials, carts, and finished products throughout the production area.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Build and prepare boxes, crates, and packaging for shipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:black;">Qualifications</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br></span><strong><span style="color:black;">Required:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:black;">HSD or GED</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Basic math skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Reliable attendance and a positive teamwork attitude.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Consistent work history and at least 1 year recent manufacturing experience</span></p></li></ul><br><br><b>Pay Details:</b> $19.00 to $21.00 per hour <br><br>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
