Elevate is a private matchmaking service for accomplished people starting a new chapter, and we're growing a team of warm, well-connected matchmakers in Orange County. If friends call you the one who always knows who'd be perfect for whom, this may be the most rewarding work you'll ever do — on your own schedule.
About the role
You'll get to know a small number of clients (up to six), personally find and vet matches for them, and make warm, thoughtful introductions. This is relationship work, not hard-sell work — built for natural connectors who genuinely enjoy bringing the right people together.

- Personally search for and vet potential matches
- Make warm, well-considered introductions
- Guide people through dating again with care, discretion, and honesty

What we provide

Compensation
Commission-based: you earn 30% of each client's monthly fee — up to roughly $2,700/month at a full book of six clients, plus bonuses, and uncapped as you grow. Independent contractor (1099). Flexible and remote — set your own hours.
