Scope of Work: Deployment of Resources for CKYC of FI LEGACY Accounts
š„ Purpose: To expedite the CKYC process for pending FI legacy accounts at Leading Bank branches, we intend to recruit Field Executives (FE) and Field Supervisors (FS) to conduct CKYC exercises in FI Legacy Accounts located in designated Rural and Semi-Urban Branches across various Regional Business Offices (RBOs) of the Bank throughout India. This engagement will be for a limited period.
š Responsibilities:
Field Executive (FE):
š„Conduct CKYC (Central Know Your Customer) exercises in designated Rural and Semi-Urban Branches.
š„Visit customers at their locations to collect required documents and information for CKYC compliance.
š„Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data and documentation.
š„Coordinate with branch staff and customers to schedule appointments and facilitate the CKYC process efficiently.
š„Maintain detailed records and documentation of CKYC activities.
š„Adhere to compliance standards and procedures set by the Bank.

Field Supervisor (FS):
š„Oversee and manage a team of Field Executives (FE) deployed for CKYC activities.
š„Provide guidance, training, and support to FE team members to ensure effective execution of CKYC exercises.
š„Monitor and track the progress of CKYC activities across designated branches and regions.
š„Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with CKYC standards and procedures.
š„Liaise with branch managers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the CKYC process.
š„Compile and report on CKYC performance metrics and progress to management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelorās degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Previous experience in banking operations, customer service, or related fields preferred.
3. Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer) and CKYC processes and regulations is advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in local languages as per the assigned regions is desirable.
7. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated regions.
8. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
