Remote Operations Manager — Airport Ground Services

Other Jobs To Apply (July 28, 2026):

We operate rental car ground services (Avis, Enterprise, Hertz) at 40+ airports across the US. Looking for a sharp, self-directed remote Operations Manager to keep daily operations tight across multiple locations.

What you'll do:

Monitor daily schedules and coverage across locations; flag gaps and coordinate fill-ins with site supervisors

Audit clock-ins/clock-outs and timesheets in our workforce platform (we'll train you — it's proprietary)

QA invoices and timesheet reports before client submission

Coordinate the hiring pipeline: review applicants, schedule interviews, follow up on background checks and onboarding docs

Chase down missing items: uniforms, contracts, policy acknowledgments, incident reports

Daily written ops summary to leadership

Requirements:

1+ years ops coordination, workforce management, staffing, or logistics

Excellent written English — most communication is Slack/WhatsApp/email

Available to overlap US Pacific business hours at least 6 hrs/day

Comfortable in web dashboards and spreadsheets; fast learner on new software

Detail-obsessed. You catch the $40 invoice discrepancy nobody else sees.

Nice to have: rental car / aviation / staffing agency background; experience managing hourly frontline workforces.

20-30 hrs/week. Long-term for the right person. Paid trial period first 2 weeks.
