Rig Operator(Piling Works)

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Rig Operators with piling experience to operate heavy drilling and piling rigs on our project sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in operating hydraulic piling rigs (e.g., Bauer, Casagrande, Soilmec) and a solid understanding of ground engineering and foundation construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate piling rigs safely and efficiently on construction sites in accordance with project specifications.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and ensure the rig is in good working condition before use.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and piling layouts.
• Perform vertical and inclined piling for deep foundations, using rotary and CFA techniques.
• Coordinate with the site supervisor and project engineers for pile location, depth, and alignment.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate drilling logs and daily reports.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Assist with rig mobilization/demobilization and general site duties as required.
• Supervise rig helpers and ensure work is completed safely and correctly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating piling rigs in the construction or geotechnical sector.
• Experience with machines such as Bauer, Casagrande, Soilmec, IMT, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of piling methods including rotary bored piling, CFA, and diaphragm walls.
• UAE experience and valid UAE rig operator license or equivalent heavy equipment operating license preferred.
• Understanding of soil types, drilling techniques, and rig maintenance.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to site HSE regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and in physically demanding conditions.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform routine maintenance checks.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel across UAE for work-related purposes.
