Innova Real Estate is seeking an Enthusiastic Sales Manager to join on urgent basis: Performance Based Job. - Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching. - Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. - Set individual sales targets with the sales team. - Learn the company's products and services offerings, features, and pricing. - Work with the marketing team to ensure collaboration. - Create a motivational and healthy atmosphere for sales representatives. - Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale. - Commitment to providing excellent, honest, and sincere customer service. - Advising buyers and sellers on current market patterns. - Good at establishing and maintaining business relationships and networking. - Determine the client's wants and financial capacity, then offer solutions that satisfy those needs. - Stay current on real estate market patterns, conditions, and values. - Respect real estate laws and have a thorough understanding of finance, mortgages, and related government protocol. - Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly. **Qualifications**: - A minimum of three years of experience as a sales manager is preferred. - Proven organizational and planning ability. - Team handling and training experience is mandate - Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience. - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. - Good time-management skills. - Great interpersonal and communication skills - UAE Drivers License - RERA License Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
