What You'll Do

As Our Talent Acquisition Recruiter, You'll
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates across multiple channels.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling, debrief sessions, and hiring decisions with leadership teams.
  • Negotiate and extend competitive offers while ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, hiring processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Develop recruiting materials, job advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry organizations to strengthen talent engagement.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment workloads and multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, healthcare services, or corporate environments.
  • HR support or Human Resources experience.
  • Experience partnering with leadership and hiring managers across multiple departments.

Work Environment This is a remote position with occasional travel to our Peekskill office and career fairs (typically 1–2 times per month , depending on business needs). The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM , for a total of 35 hours per week .
