Dice is seeking a Project Manager with strong healthcare experience and expert-level MS Excel skills to support quality, compliance, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage complex projects while producing high-quality analytical deliverables.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage healthcare quality and compliance projects across crossfunctional teams
Support NCQA and HEDISrelated activities, documentation, timelines, and reporting
Build and maintain advanced Excelbased dashboards, trackers, and analytical tools
Perform data analysis using complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and macros/VBA
Develop project plans, risk logs, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders
Coordinate with clinical, operational, and analytics teams to ensure project milestones are met
Drive meetings, manage timelines, and ensure clear communication across teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives within payer or provider environments
Skills
7 10+ years of project management experience in healthcare, payer, or quality programs
Strong understanding of NCQA and HEDIS quality frameworks
MS Excel Expert with advanced proficiency in: Complex formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros/VBA, Dashboard/report creation
Experience working with quality, care management, or compliance teams
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
